A diet is suppose to allow you to incorporate foods that you enjoy and not hate. Therefore, we promote a modern flexible dieting approach. The research comparing many diets including this one, shows that modern flexible dieting is the MOST beneficial. The reasons why it is beneficial is because:​
  • It can be maintained for a long period of time
  • It teaches you to live a health lifestyle that is sustainable. 
  • It provides you with all the macro and micronutrients associated with being healthy.

Each an every plan will incorporate 2-3 diet options. This gives you very good ideas on specific food and quantities.
You will be given:
  • Total Calories
  • Active Calorie Goal
  • Goal direction (surplus or deficit)
  • Macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates & fats)
  • Fiber
  • Water

This gives you the flexibility to either follow the strict plans provided or use my fitnesspal to create your own modern flexible diet according to our guidelines.
